Crooked
Tree Cottage is a lovely three-star bed and breakfast and self-catering
establishment set in the heart of Umhlanga Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, one of
the premier holiday accommodation hotspots in South Africa.
It is
literally a stone’s throw away from Umhlanga Village with its Blue Flag
status beaches. Gateway Theatre of Shopping is two minutes’ drive away
and Durban Central Business District and I.C.C are about 15 minutes’ drive.
Umhlanga New Town Centre and the La Lucia Ridge office park are on our
doorstep.

| It
is close to both the M4 and the N2 highways making access to Durban and
the rest of KwaZulu-Natal extremely efficient. This makes it an ideal accommodation
venue for both holidaymakers and business people alike.
The
accommodation consists of three cottages and three studio suites, both
of which are let as B&B accommodation most of the year. They are all,
however, ideally suited for those of you who prefer to holiday on a self-catering
basis.

The
cottage can accommodate six to seven guests and the studio units can accommodate
two adults per suite. Room 4 can accommodate a family with two small children.
The Cottage is tastefully decorated and has a fully-equipped kitchen and
a spacious dining and lounge area opening onto a sea-facing balcony. There
is a deck area with seating at the entrance to the cottage with barbecue
facilities available on request.

4, 5 and 6 the elegantly decorated studio suites are separate from the
cottage and have their own entrances. Each has a well-equipped kitchen
and en suite shower, room 4 has a shower over bath. Each suite has a king-size
bed that can be split to two singles. Each unit opens onto a balcony with
views over the swimming pool and lovely sea-views.

For
those of you who book on a bed and breakfast basis, Full English or Continental
breakfasts are on offer. The food has been sourced from the best suppliers
to ensure only the best quality of breakfasts. Fruit salads or platters
are served with all breakfasts. Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed
coffee every morning.

| Location:
The Cottage is very central and has the added advantage of being situated
in a lovely quiet residential area. Sea views from the cottage are lovely
and the proximity to the beaches, Shopping centers and main Highways is
excellent.

Gateway 1 on 1. 17 Km from Durban CBD and ICC. Sibaya 5 min drive.
Outstanding
Views: Rooms 1, 2 , 5, 6 Have the best sea views, You can see all the
way to the harbour on a clear day!
