Plett River Lodge offers stunning accommodation situated right on the Bitou River, just 5 km from Plettenberg Bay, one of the top holiday destinations on the beautiful Garden Route of South Africa's Western Cape.

Panoramic views of the local countryside and access to the many activities of nearby Plett and the Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve makes the guest lodge a sought-after destination.

Our Plett accommodation is perfectly situated for holiday makers and business trips alike. The beach is minutes away as well as having access to all the Plettenberg Bay activities on offer.

At sunset unwind with a glass of wine on the deck or in the comfortable lounge where guests are encouraged to make themselves at home.

The Down to Earth Resturant is attached to the accommodation unit where guests can buy breakfast or dinners. Note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays.

Honeymoon Suite

This is the ideal honeymoon accommodation. Our Honeymoon suite (pictured below) is set away from the other rooms with full river front coverage and a deck to enjoy those sundowners. It is equipped with a king size bed, desk, a fan, TV, and in-suite bathroom and shower.  You can spoil your new bride/groom with a cup of coffee/tea as everything you need is available.

This twin room is the ideal holiday accommodation. It does not have a river front view, but has a charming view of our lavender garden. It is equipped with 2 single beds, a fan, desk, and in-suite bath and shower and kettle for that first cup of coffee/tea in the morning.

This Garden Route accommodation offers a room with a king size bed, fan, desk, TV, and in-suite bathroom and shower. You can enjoy your cup of coffee/tea right in bed as it is equipped with a kettle.

This Plett accommodation offers you a tranquil experience. The spacious room is equipped with a king size bed and sleeper couch, desk, fan, TV, and in-suite bathroom and shower. It opens right up to a deck with your own table where you can enjoy your morning coffee/tea while watching the birds play in the river as it has a full river front coverage.
