are situated 20 minutes from central Cape Town, the waterfront and surrounding
areas, via a beautiful coast road, 5 minutes from Hout Bay, with its beach,
shopping facilities, many restaurants, fishing harbour and many facilities.

million year old granite boulders and the rock forms the rear wall of the
